Abdulwahab Ahmad Alnakib, an accomplished entrepreneur and investment professional, is the visionary leader steering Noor Holding, a renowned family office, to new heights of success. His expertise in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Alternative Investments has seen him travel a rich path of business ventures across the globe.

Overseeing his family's local and global business interests, Abdulwahab has been the driving force behind Blue Aviation, a fast-growing executive aviation and ground handling group operating across Europe and the Middle East — reflecting his knack for establishing and scaling successful enterprises. Not content with just one venture, he has also founded a Catering Group, showcasing his diverse business acumen.

Extending his entrepreneurial reach into the innovation economy, Abdulwahab is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Capitoria, an investment platform specializing in early-stage startups and high-growth ventures. Through Capitoria, he backs ambitious founders and emerging technologies, applying decades of investment experience to identify opportunities ahead of the curve — a natural evolution of his long-standing conviction in venture capital as an engine of transformation.

Abdulwahab's influence extends to the boardrooms of prestigious institutions. He serves on the board of Miami International Holdings (NYSE: MIAX), having sat on its board from the company's inception through its successful listing on the New York Stock Exchange in August 2025, and rejoined the board in June 2026. Miami International Holdings operates and manages a portfolio of exchanges including the Miami Securities Exchange (MIAX), MIAX PEARL, MIAX Emerald, the Minneapolis Grain Exchange, a Derivatives Clearing Organization, and the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

His past roles as Chairman and Managing Director of Al-Deera Holding — where he also acquired and restructured FASTtelco, Kuwait's premier ISP, later sold to Ooredoo — underline his track record of transformative leadership and strategic vision.

Having paved his way through key board positions at renowned companies like Yotel and XO (formerly JetSmarter), a company that was later sold to VistaJet, Abdulwahab has earned a reputation as a trailblazer in private equity, venture capital, and asset management. Abdulwahab has served on multiple boards in the past, including Univest Group, The Chart Group LP, Ithmar Capital, National Gas Company, Omniyaty, International Financial Advisors Holdings (IFA), IFA Hotels & Resorts, Abwab Capital (formerly Univest Capital), Bag Borrow or Steal, BPL Global, and the IFA Khaleeji Fund.

His tenure as Vice President at Global Investment House involved structuring, analyzing, monitoring, and placing hedge funds and private equity funds with clients. Additionally, at United Gulf Management in Boston, Abdulwahab played a crucial role in structuring and placing corporate finance transactions, real estate deals, and private equity portfolios. His career began in the Marketing Department of the National Bank of Kuwait.

His educational journey, culminating in a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, has equipped him with the knowledge required to navigate and excel in the dynamic world of investments and entrepreneurship.
